The first FearNaught campaign weekend was held at Bovington tank Museum and was based around the Anzio landings. At this time, no one, as far as I’m aware had held a FoW campaign weekend with linked battles. The attendees were unsurprisingly trepidatious after being inforned of the novel way in which I planned to implement artillery and air cover aling with the “bonus” cards.
Ultimately, the event was very well received and played in very good spirits indeed. Simply put, the approach of the players made the event the success it was.
The result?
A minor Axis win.
